What this edition changed DCF's summary on the PDF
This operating procedure has one significant change: 1. Paragraph 1-10, entitled “2nd Tier Consultation,” has been deleted and the subsequent paragraphs renumbered. 2nd Tier consultations are no longer required in child fatality cases. This change aligns this operating procedure with CFOP 170-5, Chapter 27.
