§ 61.1306 Former number

§ 61.1306 isn't in today's Chapter 61. Numbers from 61.1302 to 61.1348 are the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act, which the UCCJEA (61.501–61.542) replaced in 2002. These opinions cite it by this number.
